We place great emphasis on customer satisfaction and a smooth shopping experience. We inspect each item for possible production defects before shipping. If you still find defects such as a hole in a shirt, we will of course accept the return. In other cases, the responsibility for returning the product lies with you as the customer. This means that you must return the goods at your own expense, including a tracking number. We do not take responsibility for returns that are lost in transit.

Please note the following conditions for a successful return:

  • The product must be in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original price tags, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns are only accepted for full-priced items; discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
  • After we have received and inspected the return, we will inform you via email about the acceptance or rejection of your refund.
