Products will be shipped within 3 business days after being purchased, the customer receives a confirmation email including a tracking NR. once the parcel has been handed over to our shipping partners. We will handle all customs clearance, including providing all necessary documentation for export from our country and import into the USA or Canada. All duties, taxes and fees incurred on import are also our responsibility and are included in the shipping costs. Should a sales tax be payable, this is the responsibility of the customer.

No additional costs: As a buyer, you do not have to worry about additional costs for transportation, insurance, customs duties or taxes. The purchase price includes all costs up to delivery to your location.

Goods from an EU country (except food) should generally be duty-free, provided they are of EU origin. Our products are produced in Poland and shipped from Austria. When importing into Switzerland, an import tax of 7.7% (8.1% from 1.1.2024) is generally levied, which must be borne by the Swiss customer.
