Minimum and maximum order value

You can shop at Ebony Tylah’s online store with no minimum order value, as long as the total value of your order does not exceed EUR 5,000.00.

Prices

The prices displayed in the online shop are gross prices in euros and include the statutory value added tax.

The amount to be paid will be increased by the shipping costs, which depend on the shipping and payment method chosen.

The price indicated on the website at the time the order is placed is the final price and is binding for both the customer and Ebony Tylah KG. After the order is placed, the price remains unchanged. Any price changes, special offers or sales campaigns from Ebony Tylah KG have no influence on the order price.

Ebony Tylah KG reserves the right to change the prices of items in the online shop, to offer new items, to introduce special offers or to end them.

Availability of ordered items

All items offered in the online shop are available in stock.

In special cases, e.g. B. If several customers order the same item at the same time, this item may not be available. In such a case, the customer will be informed that the order cannot be processed.

The product data sheet contains all information about the available sizes – sizes that are not available at the time of ordering are also listed, but are clearly color coded and crossed out. Items in unavailable sizes cannot be placed in the shopping cart.

If an item is not available or cannot be processed for other reasons, the customer will be informed immediately by e-mail or telephone about all relevant problems regarding the order processing. At the same time, possible solutions are presented to clarify the customer’s concerns.

Shipping

For orders in the Ebony Tylah online shop, shipping costs apply if the order value is less than 200 EUR. Shipping costs vary by country. See “Shipping & Returns” for more information. In the event of a return, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Ebony Tylah KG retains ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full. You are obliged to treat the goods with care and to inform us immediately in writing of any access by third parties to the goods, in particular of enforcement measures or damage.

Delivery and Passing of Risk

We ship within Europe and North America. The delivery time is usually 2-3 days. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during normal working hours, with the exception of public holidays. If items are not immediately available due to high demand, you can leave your email address to be notified when the goods are available.

Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. If you return one or more items, the corresponding amount will be credited to your originally charged credit card account.

If you choose to pay via PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the checkout process, where you can continue as a guest or with a registered account. We usually receive your payment within a few minutes and your order is processed immediately. Please note that you agree to PayPal’s general terms and conditions and thus accept PayPal’s processes.

Statutory right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (Ebony Tylah KG, Achsiedlunsstraße 30, 6900 Bregenz, e-mail: shop@ebonytylah.com) a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the model cancellation form for this, but it is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to Ebony Tylah KG, Achsiedlunsstraße 30, 6900 Bregenz, Austria, immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

You can use the return label that came with your order to return the item.

Voluntary 30-day money back guarantee

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily grant you a voluntary right of return of a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods when you make a purchase in our online shop at www.ebonytylah.com. Thanks to this voluntary right of return, you can also withdraw from the contract after the statutory cancellation period of 14 days by returning the goods you received to us within 30 days. The timely dispatch of the goods is sufficient to meet the deadline. You can use the return label that came with your order to return the item. In the case of a voluntary return, we will refund you the amount using the payment method used.

Your statutory right of withdrawal (see § 10 statutory right of withdrawal) is not affected by our supplementary contractually granted voluntary right of return of 30 days and continues to exist independently of this. Until the end of the period for the statutory right of cancellation, only the statutory conditions and those contained in the cancellation policy apply. Even the contractually granted voluntary right of return of 30 days does not limit your statutory warranty rights. These remain with you without restriction.

Additional Returns Policy Information

Please note that we can only take back goods that were purchased in the online shop.

Please use the original box and packaging of the goods for the return.

An assignment of your contractual rights to third parties is only possible with our written consent.

Final Provisions.
Austrian law applies exclusively, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
